You'll sometimes see a match picture not appear or small poll glitch, but we've never had the poll completely disappear before. But for the first hour after midnight, there was no poll. Not a delay, like how Link got to beat the crap out of Jill Valentine for an extra 2 hours back in 2002, but no poll at all. Had this match been close, people would have flipped.
Thankfully, the match wasn't at all close. After last round when Halo went on steroids with the ASV against Uncharted 2, people worried that Fallout could have lost this in a day match. Then the poll finally started, and Fallout showed its true strength for the first time all contest. Wins over inFamous, Deus Ex and Batman were nice, but those are all untested games. Halo has been in many contests before, and Fallout 3 went out and 60-40'd it. That's about as legit as it gets, and yet this wouldn't even be Fallout's best match all contest. All talk of the Prime/HL2 winner upsetting Fallout 3 died with this 60-40.
Round 4 was also the appearance of freeform pictures, where people were allowed to be as creative as possible with their images. The first two matches of this round only had 2 images each, but it would increase later. And just to give you an idea how many pictures I made this contest, I had a picture accepted for all 16 remaining games at one point or another. Zen called me the new Zen, and he's kind of right <_<
