Also known as B8NFLL, Board 8 National Football League League is a simulation league using Madden 06’s franchise mode where users build rosters while managing the salary cap to have fun and/or accomplish something over the course of multiple seasons.

It is run by KCF0107 and was inspired by Board 8 Baseball to create something similar but for football, more comprehensive, and also not require him to buy a bunch of recording equipment or find people to commentate on the games.

Inaugural Season[]

The first season did not include an off-season and was instead replaced by a mystery fantasy draft where nobody knew what players they were going to get. Some teams were very lucky with whom they got while others were not.

The #1 pick was DE Dwight Freeney, who went to the Green Bay Packers.

Mr. Irrelevant (last pick of the draft) was HB Kerry Carter, who went to the Kansas City Chiefs
