Cecil Harvey is the protagonist in Final Fantasy IV. He debuted in the Summer 2005 Contest, where he was defeated by Kirby in the first round, and since the Summer 2008 Contest, has never left the contest ever since, appearing even in the Rivalry Rumble. Only that while his game is beloved, Cecil never got support to win ever in five attempts, while even GFNW ended in the fifth match!
