Commander Shepard is the lead character in the Mass Effect trilogy. Shepard can actually be customized however you see fit at the beginning of each game, as you guide him/her through the galaxy.
Shepard made the Summer 2008 Contest, finishing last against Sonic, Sandbag, and Magus. He returned in the Winter 2010 Contest, managing to defeat Ellis before falling to Pikachu. He returned for the Summer 2013 Contest, getting an easy first round win over Captain Olimar and Kain, followed by a close (and big) victory over Aerith Gainsborough and Tharja in round 2, making his first third round appearance in contest history. However, he was a mere sideshow in the third round due to being the "third wheel" in the infamous Link vs. Draven match.
