He made use of an early version of his x-stats to dominate the latter half of the 2003 Oracle Challenge, then revealed his method afterwards in the Stats and Discussion topic, where they have been put to use ever since. His impressive success in the Oracle Challenge would continue over the course of many GameFAQs contests, earning him the status of being the third-highest rated participant in the challenge (see Current User Rankings on the oracle website).
