Deckard Cain is from the Diablo series. He's best known for identifying unknown items you find on your journey. He'll tell you to stay awhile and listen, and at one point he needs a metal headpiece.
Deckard is the second Diablo character to appear in a Character Battle, making the field in the Summer 2008 Contest. Unlike Diablo, Deckard would easily be beaten as he and Geno lost to Bowser and Phoenix Wright.
