Harvest Moon is a Simulation game series by Natsume in which your mission is to work as a farmer, grow out crops, sell eggs and milk, and survive the awful world of chibi anime people. At the same time, the player must find somebody to marry, may it be male or female, depending on the gender of the main character. The player also participates in a variety of activities the town offers, such as contests and other Simulation-game stuff.
...It's not the most popular game series ever in GameFAQs or anything. It's the underdog of the underdog. Bleh.
