Kefka

Kefka Pallazzo is the main villain of Final Fantasy VI. Considered by many to be the biggest, or second biggest, badass villain in video game history.

Kefka is most famous for constantly getting screwed due to an awful "vegetable-like" picture. Although to be fair, it's unlikely that his FMV clown look wins him many more voters.
