Ken Masters

Ken Masters is one of the more prominent characters from the Street Fighter series. He was in each of the first two contests, and has exited the first round both times against noble nine characters; Samus in 2002 and Sonic the Hedgehog in 2003. He finally made the field again in 2010 and responded with his first win, against Albert Wesker.
