LiquidSnake

Liquid Snake is one of the primary villains in the Metal Gear Solid series. He is best known for his role in the first Metal Gear Solid back in 1998.

Liquid finally got a spot in the Summer 2004 Contest and began making a huge impact, as he gave Frog one of the closest matches in contest history, losing by only 93 votes. After Frog's close finishes with Master Chief and Solid Snake, Liquid finished high in the X-Stats in 2004.

As expected, Liquid Snake got a high seed in the Spring 2005 Contest. After dominating Officer Frank Tenpenny, Liquid went on to struggle with Lavos. Then to pour salt on open wounds, Liquid didn't even break 25% on Sephiroth in the third round.

Liquid didn't appear again until the Summer 2007 Contest, when he was put against Alucard, Ness, and Zidane Tribal. Liquid shocked everyone by setting a new record for smallest margin of victory, stealing first place from Alucard by a mere three votes. Then in round 2, Liquid and Alucard failed to defeat Master Chief and Yuna. In the Summer 2008 Contest, Liquid Snake, along with Luigi, defeated Roxas and Sho Minamimoto in the first round. The duo survived Round 2 - with Liquid being first place as Bowser LFFed Luigi - before falling in the division finals to Mario and Mega Man X. Then in the Winter 2010 Contest, Liquid had his worst performance since his debut, losing in Round 1 to Altair.
