Luca Blight is easily one of the greatest villains of all time, and if you played Suikoden II, you'd see why. Maybe then he'd stop sucking it up in the contests. He finally made the bracket in the Summer 2004 Contest, and wound up barely getting over 10% on Magus. Luca didn't appear again until the Spring 2005 Contest. While he lost in the first round there to Albert Wesker, Luca got the last laugh as he proved Wesker to be a gigantic fluke.
