Rayman is the main character in his own series. He's very unique, considering that he has no arms, legs, or neck, yet still has a floating body. The first Rayman game was a side-scrolling platform and received modest praise from gamers. In 1999, Rayman 2: The Great Escape was released and is strongly considered the best game in the series. The third title, Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, wasn't noticed as much as the second game. Outside of the direct games, Rayman's also starred in Rayman Arena, and the two Rayman Raving Rabbids games.
