Seifer Almasy is one of the main antagonists of Final Fantasy VIII. After a debut of sorts paired with Squall in the Rivalry Rumble, going as far as the quarterfinals against the FFVII duo, he was able to join an expanded bracket in the Summer 2013 Contest. And was soundly beaten by Knuckles in the first round.
