Ultros is one of the villains from Final Fantasy VI, though his role isn't as big as Kefka's. He's also a recurring character in TheRock1525's High Ground comics.
He made the Spring 2005 Contest and lost to Dr. Wily in the first round. Like many other villains in the contest, Ultros would never be seen again.
